Refund Policy

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind ChefCaveau. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date. This commercial guarantee matches or exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal granted to EU and UK consumers.

Refunds are issued by Caveau Digital LLC, the legal entity operating the ChefCaveau brand (registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA).

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of the base Software purchase price actually paid at the time of your order (currently $119 launch price, regular $149) if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You provide the email address or order reference used at the time of purchase.

There are no conditions on the reason for your refund. We believe you should have the opportunity to evaluate ChefCaveau risk-free.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to legal@chefcaveau.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your order reference or transaction ID (if available)
  • The date of purchase

3. Processing

Refund requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. AI Credit Packs

AI credit packs purchased within the application are handled as follows:

  • Unused credits: If no credits from a purchased pack have been consumed, a full refund of that pack may be requested within 15 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: If some credits have been consumed, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis (e.g., if you purchased 100 credits and used 20, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of the pack price).
  • Fully used credits: Credit packs that have been fully consumed are not eligible for a refund.

5. After the 15-Day Period

Refund requests received after the 15-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion in cases involving documented technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning as described.

6. What Happens After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund for the base Software:

  • Your license to use ChefCaveau is terminated.
  • You should delete all copies of the Software from your devices.
  • Any data you created in the application remains on your device — we cannot and do not delete your local data.

7. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and a direct refund is faster and simpler for both parties. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and additional fees.
